Brooklyn Exposure

"Food for the Soul"

CARIBBEAN SOUL CUISINE

Founded on October 7th, 2004, Brooklyn Exposure was born out of our desire to make a difference in our family and community. We have lived in this community all of our lives and wanted to have a business that supported our community. The name “Brooklyn Exposure” was created to give a little introduction of “our” Brooklyn.

The logo, a tree, stands for: growth, family, community and strength. The idea of the logo came from a tree planted in Prospect Park (Brooklyn). It split down the middle, but it still stood strong.

We are of Caribbean descent and we love soul food. So we felt that “Caribbean-Soul” would be a great fusion. We are a strong family and we are standing strong by faith to make our dream a reality in our part   of Brooklyn.
